          Attorney Rogers was born in Clyde, NC.  He graduated as Valedictorian of the Pisgah High School Class of 1998 and earned his B.A. and J.D. from Wake Forest University.  Upon graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005, Mr. Rogers was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.  He then returned to Haywood County and began his practice at Brown & Patten, P.A.  Later that same year Caleb was admitted to practice in in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. 

          Caleb’s practice has focused primarily in three areas: Real Property, Criminal, and Elder Law.  Mr. Rogers has conducted hundreds of real estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers.  While a student at Wake Forest University School of Law he participated in the Elder Law Clinic where he began honing his knowledge and skill in representing the legal needs of our older population.  Currently Mr. Rogers handles nearly all of Brown & Patten’s wills and estates drafting, planning and administration.  Caleb  is up to date on all of the many changes to Medicaid in North Carolina, particularly following the implementation of D.R.A.  Finally, Mr. Rogers criminal practice includes representation of those charged with misdemeanors, felonies, DWI’s and other traffic offenses.

           While the practice of law is important to Caleb, he also places great emphasis on his family.  Caleb’s wife, Angie, is currently practicing law as Attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina, located in Sylva.  They are expecting their first child in early February.  They have given the baby the nickname “Deacon” until its arrival.  Together they enjoy spending time with extended family and friends, playing with their dog, Harvey, and staying involved in their local church.  Caleb also serves on the Board of Directors for the Haywood County Chapter of the American Red Cross.  Caleb would love to assist you with any of your legal needs.  To learn more simply call him at the number above.
