         Our attorneys are committed to providing quality and affordable legal representation to each and every client.            Brown & Patten, P.A. is a three attorney firm bringing a wide range of both experience and expertise to each client matter.  Our attorneys have extensive knowledge in Real Property, Criminal, Family, and Elder Law. 

          Brown & Patten P.A. makes ongoing efforts to educate our clients and the community on developments in the law.  Each year our attorneys complete the continuing education requirements of the North Carolina State Bar, and provide appropriate training and supervision to the paralegals and staff they employ. 

             Giving back to the community we serve has been an important part of our firm since the beginning.  Currently our attorneys are serving in city government and on the boards of various community centered organizations including the EDC, the Downtown Waynesville Association and the Haywood County Chapter of the American Red Cross.  Our firm also makes contributions to various community groups as well as sponsoring local AYSO Soccer, Tuscola Summit and H.A.R.T.
