          Attorney Rogers was born in Clyde, NC.  He graduated as Valedictorian of the Pisgah High School Class of 1998 and earned his B.A. and J.D. from Wake

Pam Haynes           

          Pam Haynes is the receptionist and general legal assistant of Brown & Patten, P.A.  She will happily direct your call or make an appointment for you.

Kendra Smathers

          Kendra is a part-time legal assistant to Attorney Don Patten.  She is married and has children.  As a family law paralegal she will assist Don in handling your matter.
